All proposals are to be submitted to the email addresses disclosed at the end of Section 7.0 Questions (Ask Me Anything) SLD 30 Email: 30CONS.PKD.CSOPitchDayTeam@us.af.mil SLD 45 Email: 45CONS.PK.PitchDay@us.af.mil AMENDMENT 7 Amendment 7 consists of the following: 1. Attachment 13, FA2521-22-S-C001-C001 Revision (as of 8 Jun 2022) has been added to the "Attachments/Links" section of this Notice. Within this revision the following changes have been made: a) "Government personnel may use information submitted during Step One to assist with any pitch clarifications during Step Two, Pitch day", was added to Section 4.0 Evaluation. b) Technical Factor, "Mission Impact and Importance to agency program", was changed to "Importance to agency program". c) "Technical Merit" was added as a third evaluation factor for Step Two, Pitch Day. Technical Merit will use confidence ratings to evaluate the Offeror's pitch (High, Some, Low). d) "Pitches will be evaluated without regard to other presentations under this announcement on the following factors" was removed from Section 4.0 Evaluation. Attachment 9, Received Questions and Answers for AOI #4 for SLD 30, has been added to the "Attachments/Links" section of this Notice. 3. Attachment 10, Received Questions and Answers for AOI #6 for SLD 30, has been added to the "Attachments/Links" section of this Notice. 4. Attachment 11, SLD 30 Pitch Day Problem Topics, has been added to the "Attachments/Links" section of this Notice. This attachment is a revision of Attachment 2, SLD 30 AOIs. The Pitch Day date for SLD 30 was changed from 29 June 2022 to 07 July 2022 in Paragraph I. 5. Attachment 12, FA2521-22-S-C-001-Call Revision. Within this revision, Step 1 evaluation factors has increased from 2 to 3. Price has been added as the third evaluation factor. Additionally, Step 2 pitches will now be evaluated on two factors. Down from orginally four evaluation factors. The two evaluation factors are: Funds availability, and Mission Impact & Importance to agency program. This Call revision also reflects SLD 30 and SLD 45 will hold their respective Pitch Days on separate dates. AMENDMENT 5 Amendment 5 consists of the following: 1.
