The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick AFB, FL announces the anticipated release of Solicitation number FA2521-19-B-0001 being issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB). Title: Replace Lift Station, Bldg. 725, Patrick AFB, Florida Project Number: SXHT 16-1100 Place of performance: Patrick Air Force Base, Florida 32925 Brief description of work: The work to be performed under this project is to furnish all management, personnel, tools, supplies, equipment, materials, and labor necessary to replace Lift Station 725 in accordance with the drawings and specifications, dated February 2018, and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) general permit, issued March 2018 at Hangar 750 to provide the government a complete and usable facility. NAICS Code: 237110 Size Standard: $36.5M Magnitude of Effort: Between $250,000 and $500,000. IFB will be available on or about 17 May 19. The performance period for this project will be 120 calendar days, to begin 10 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). NTP to be issued within 30 days after award. This acquisition is being issued under FAR 19.1305 HUBZone Small Business Set Aside and solicited via Invitation for Bid.
