This is a Sources Sought notice for the upcoming recompete of the Ground-Based Electro-Optical Deep Space Surveillance System (GEODSS) Operation and Maintenance contract. The contractor will provide O&M services for optical sites located in Socorro, New Mexico; Diego Garcia, British Indian Ocean Territory; and Maui, Hawaii. The contemplated contract includes a 90-day phase-in, a 9-month base period, four 12-month option periods, a potential 6-month extension, and two additional incentive option years. The current contract is forecast to conclude on or about 30 April 2027. The Government is conducting market research to determine the appropriate acquisition approach.
