This is a market research request for potential operations and maintenance services for the GEODSS/GBOSS optical surveillance sites located in Socorro, New Mexico; Diego Garcia, British Indian Ocean Territory; and Maui, Hawaii. The contemplated contract includes a 10-month base period with four 12-month options and possible extensions. The Government is considering consolidating these services with existing Maui Base Support and IT communications support contracts. The performance of the current contract is forecast to conclude on or about April 30, 2027. The contract type under consideration is a hybrid firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee structure.
