The SF30 was ... Communication dated 21 November 2024: This action is communication only. It is not a SF30 solicitation amendment. Solicitation amendment FA251825R00020002 was issued on 14 November 2024. The SF30 was mistakenly signed by the Government in Blocks 15A, B and C when it should have been signed in Blocks 16A, B, and C. Additionally, a conformed copy of the solicitation was not provided. This communication provides offerors a corrected SF30 from FA251825R00020002 whereby offerors can now complete and sign Blocks 16A, B, and C and include with its proposal package. Additionally, a conformed copy of FA251825R00020002 is provided. Offerors are reminded that the Solicitation Module within the PIEE system categorizes each action generated by the Government as an Amendment. However, this action is not an amendment whereby a change to the solicitation was made and a new SF30 is generated. However, the Solicitation Module in PIEE has sequentially categorized this action as Amendment 0004. To date, the Government has issued two official amendments that generated a SF 30. The first amendment, FA251825R00020001, was issued on 01 November 2024; the second, FA251825R00020002, was issued on 14 November 2024. If an offeror determines to submit a proposal it will need to acknowledge receipt of the amendments as specified in Attachment 04 - Section L, paragraph L-17.2.12.
