This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR 19.502-2. This contract shall provide HQ STARCOM Business Office and its subordinate units with acquisition and advisory support for managing and executing a portfolio of service contracts engaged throughout each stage of the Adaptive Acquisition Lifecycle, from pre-award to post-award activities for all assigned portfolios and/or programs to achieve the organizational mission of delivering responsive, mission-focused acquisition solutions that optimize warfighter operations. We would like to inform all potential contractors of a key requirement associated with this opportunity. If awarded this contract, the selected contractor (and any of its subcontractors, teaming partners, or similarly situated supporting entities) acknowledge and agree, subject to the organizational conflicts of interest risk mitigation, to not submit a proposal (e.g., bid, quote,) or provide any support (as a prime, subcontractor, team member, consultant) on any acquisition that they assist in generating through the performance of this contract. This is a standard procedure to ensure the integrity of the services provided, protect sensitive information, and prevent any potential conflicts of interest.
