The government desires to procure an enterprise managed attribution solution (MAS) that is designed to enable discovery and access to publicly available information (PAI) in support of United States Space Command (USSPACECOM) missions in the online environment. The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire infrastructure, hardware, software, networks, or accounts acquired, installation, and maintenance consistent with mission-specific characteristics to leverage and operationalize global PAI and protect the force. USSPACECOM conducts operations in, from, and to space to deter conflict, and if necessary, defeat aggression, deliver space combat power for the Joint/Combined force, and defend U.S. vital interests with allies and partners. USSPACECOM intends to achieve space superiority by understanding the competition, building the command to compete and win, maintaining key relationships, maintaining digital superiority, and integrating commercial and interagency organizations. To effectively accomplish these key tasks, USSPACECOM has a requirement to access global PAI in a secure manner that is scalable, survivable, partitionable, and capable of supporting multiple missions in the online environment. This type of support includes the implementation and sustainment of a tailored MAS capability and the integration, training and sustainment of any enabling hardware, software, and safe research techniques that provide meaningful context and information for the Commander, USSPACECOM. 01 Sept 2022- Posted RFP Questions and Answers.
