The contract provides mission support services to the Protected Band Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) missions for the 4th Space Operations Squadron (4 SOPS), Space Delta 8 (DEL 8), hereafter referred to as TAPM. Due to the upcoming delivery of Mission Planning Subsytem (MPSS) Increment version 8.4, several of the requirements outlined in this PWS will be significantly reduced throughout the life of this contract.
