Amendment 2: NORAD and NORTHCOM leadership has decided to use GSA’s FEDSIM team to execute the NIAMS acquisition; representatives from that office will provide information soon. Contact Mr. Tony Jungers at tony.jungers@gsa.gov with questions. Amendment 1: Add supplement to original RFI for additional questions to further assess contractor capability. The contract shall provide all levels of maintenance, monitoring, and support, to include: IT operations and maintenance, IT service improvement and integration, testing and validation, component installation, service asset/component diagnostics/troubleshooting, service asset/component repair/replacement, enterprise network management, hardware and software handling/accountability, technical refresh/lifecycle replacement, network administration, systems administration, storage administration, enterprise network and security operations, telecommunications, configuration control and management, visual information/video teleconferencing, IA/cybersecurity, service desk, user training, provide IT procurement for break-fix, technical refresh, requirements processing, and projects. These maintenance levels apply to all services in the Service Catalog with support to approximately 2,500 users in the N&NC Headquarters, Peterson SFB, Colorado Springs, CO, Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station (CMSFS) locations, approximately 30 users located at ODC Mexico, U.S. Embassy, Mexico City, Mexico, to include the Information Analysis Center (IAC) in the U.S. Embassy Mexico, and approximately 25 users in the Washington Office (WO), and those services extended to subordinates, regions, and sectors .
