This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Furthermore, we are not requesting proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the responding party’s expense. Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with the applicable Government regulations. Proprietary information or trade secrets should be clearly identified. This RFI is issued to gather information regarding market capabilities under General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Pool 1 in preparation of a potential solicitation for A&AS as required by SpOC/SAIO. This survey is to locate potential sources for these non-personal services to support the USSF SAMO and the USSC JOSS Office, both located in the greater Colorado Springs area in support of USSF, SpOC, and USSPACECOM. SAMO and JOSS serve as the respective SpOC and USSPACECOM focal points to address immediate, near term and emerging space sensitive activities mission needs involving applications and operational concepts employing specialized sensitive activities.
