This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT to acquire the USSF’s own service OPME to address the unique considerations of the space domain, it must meet the needs of the joint force and comply with the statutory requirements for Joint Professional Military Education (JPME). Both Intermediate Developmental Education/Senior Developmental Education (IDE/SDE) must address national military strategy, joint planning at all levels of war, joint doctrine, joint command and control, joint force and joint requirements development, and operational contract support.
