This is an UPDATED DRAFT SOLICITATION from the one posted on 27 June 2022. Please note there has been significant changes made to Section L & Section M. Description of Services The 3IS III contract will support United States Space Test and Readiness Command (STARCOM) units located at Schriever Space Force Station, Colorado, and six geographically separated units, plus, USSPACECOM and Space System Center (SSC) elements. For STARCOM, this contract will provide support to Test and Evaluation, Wargaming, Advance Training, and Exercises Background of Current Effort: Period of Performance: 5-year ordering period – 1 Jul 17 to 30 Jun 22 Set Aside: Competitive 8(a) set-aside Security Requirements: Approximately 5% Secret; 95% Top Secret Current Contract Cost: $150 million ceiling Current Contract Type: IDIQ with CPFF, FFP and CR ODC CLINs
