The purpose of this update is to provide award notification: Number of Offerors: 1 Total Contract Value: $200,000,000 Awardee: LinQuest, Corporation Rating: Acceptable In accordance with DFARS PGI 215.371-2, the Government is requesting feedback to overcome barriers and promote competition in the future. For all offerors who expressed interest, it is requested that you provide feedback on why your company did not submit a proposal. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 12 Jan 2021 - This serves as amendment 0002. The purpose of amendment 0002 is to: 1. Provide an updated Section L. A tracked changes (Labeled Revised Section L - OPSCAP II RFP - TC) and a clean version (Revision Section L - OPCAPS II RFP - CLEAN) 2. Provide an updated Section M. A tracked changes (Labeled Revised Section M - OPSCAP II RFP - TC) and a clean version (Revision Section M - OPCAPS II RFP - CLEAN) 3. Provide an updated Attachment L4 (Labeled Attachment L4 - CLIN Structure Sheet R1) 4. Provide an updated Attachment L2 (Labeled Attachment L2 - Space Cyber Operations Support - PWS TO R1 dated 12 Jan 21) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 11 Jan 2021 - This serves as amendment 0001. The purpose of this amendment is to replace clause 252.222-7999 (Deviation 2021-O0001) (Nov 2020) with an updated version of the deviation, 252.222-7999 dated Jan 2021. A copy of the SF30 is attached and must be submitted with any proposal. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 7 Jan 2021 - The purpose of this revised posting is to provide clarification based on a question received. Reference: Section L, II.E.3 Text: The cost summary submitted by the Offeror shall include: (1) Total Task Order Cost Summary, (2) Task Order Cost by year Summary, (3) Task Order Cost by CLIN summary, and (4) Task Order Cost by CLIN by year Summary. Question: Please clarify the intent of each number reference and whether it is calendar year, fiscal year, etc. Answer: The year requirement is based on the yearly period of performance identified in the task order schedule (see Attachment L4). (1) is a summary of all major cost elements for the total task order proposal. (2) is the same summary as (1) except it is broken out by task order performance year. Items (3) and (4) are met by completing Attachment L4. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 16 Dec 2020 - Attached is the RFP package for OPSCAP II. Proposals are due 18 Jan 2021 at 10:00 Mountain Time. Questions are due no later than 5 Jan 2021 at 10:00 Mountain Time.
