Solicitation- WT 18058173 Airfield and Weather Flight Carpet Replacement
The contractor will remove and replace approximately 4,370 square feet of carpet on the first floor of Building 122 at Peterson Space Force Base. Work includes coordinating with the 21st Civil Engineering Squadron for hazardous material screening, then removing the old carpet and rubber cove base with daily cleanup and off-base disposal, as on-site storage is prohibited. Standard furniture will be relocated after the Government removes IT cables, power cords, and personal items. New commercial-grade modular carpet tiles or planks will be installed over the existing vinyl flooring using low-VOC adhesives, along with a new vinyl cove base, door trimming, and any necessary wall spackling and painting. The project ends with furniture repositioning and a final Quality Assurance inspection by 21 CES Operations Flight personnel.
