AMENDMENT 01: The purpose of this amendment is to: -Incorporate Attachment 5-Bldg 1471 HVAC Questions and Answers -Incorporate updated Attachment 1-Statement of Work_17 September 2025 (Please review all edits in red and highlighted) -Incorporate updated Attachment 2-Salient Characteristics_17 September 2025 to include an Air Handling Unit (AHU) and weatherproofing for refrigerant piping. -Update Technical Evaluation requirement to include: “Contractor shall include in their quote a technical narrative that describes how SOW requirements will be met.” The 21st Contracting Squadron is issuing a solicitation for the removal and installation of HVAC equipment in Bldg 1471 on Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB), CO The performance requirements must be in accordance with Attachment 1- Statement of Work and Attachment 2-Salient Characteristics. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform this task. Type of Contract and NAICS: The resulting award will be a firm-fixed price purchase order and will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this service is 333415 – Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing , and the small business size standard is 1,250 Employees. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside. Registrations: Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award. If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror. It is the Contractor's responsibility to monitor the SAM.gov website for information, updates, and amendments regarding the solicitation.
