COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION SOLICITATION NUMBER: FA251725Q0123 SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) FOR 16 EWS Landscape MX, PETERSON SFB Description of Requirement. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, material, and transportation necessary to complete landscaping project for 16th EWS, Peterson SFB, CO in accordance with the terms and conditions specified within this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall comply with all federal, state and base environmental regulations, as well as Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Air Force Occupational Safety and Health (AFOSH) requirements. All communications with the requiring activity concerning this solicitation shall cease until the award is announced. During this period, interaction is only allowed with either the Contracting Officer or Contracting Specialist. Notice to Offerors: The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an Offeror for any costs.
