All vendors shall be registered under NAICS code 314110 Carpet and Rug Mills to be considered as a candidate for award All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. AMENDMENT 0003 to Peterson SFB Turf and Installation Solicitation The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Incorporate Attachment 4-Questions and Answers 2. Incorporate Attachment 5-USSF Space Force Logo-Dark 3. Incorporate Attachment 6-USSF Space Force Logo-Light 4. Incorporate Attachment 7-Turf Layout with Space Force Logo 5. Incorporate an updated Attachment 1-Statement of Work 6 August 2025: this includes the addition of the Space Force logo as well as a turf color change. 6. Incorporate updated Solicitation FA251725Q0083 AMENDMENT 03. The solicitation includes the following additional verbiage: The vendor shall submit proposals for both green turf with white lines and blue turf with white lines. Each proposal must include documentation demonstrating the visual appearance of both turf colors with all specified text colors. Furthermore, each proposal must incorporate the Space Force logo in accordance with Attachment 1-SOW-Turf_6 August 2025. The Government Representative will choose the color option with the corresponding logo at time of award. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. AMENDMENT 0002 to Peterson SFB Turf and Installation Solicitation Subject: Revision to Solicitation Closing Date This amendment modifies the Peterson SFB Turf and Installation solicitation. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged unless specifically addressed herein. Modification: The solicitation closing date is hereby changed from 3:00 P.M. MDT on Thursday, August 7th, 2025, to 4:30 P.M. MDT on Friday, August 8th, 2025. Notice: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The 21st Contracting Squadron is issuing a solicitation for the purchase and installation of artificial turf at Peterson SFB, CO. The performance requirements must be in accordance with the Statement of Work. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform this task. Type of Contract and NAICS: The resulting award will be a firm-fixed price purchase order and will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this service is 314110 – Carpet and Rug Mills , and the small business size standard is 1,500 Employees. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside. Registrations: Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award. If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror. It is the Contractor's responsibility to monitor the SAM.gov website for information, updates, and amendments regarding the solicitation.
