All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number FA251725Q0003 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-07, effective 9/30/2024. This is for Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 512240 - Sound Recording Studios. The size standard is $11.0M. The quotes will be evaluated IAW FAR 52.212-2, found herein. Please read and comply with all requirements for submitting a quote under the solicitation instructions and the addenda to FAR 52.212-1. Failure to comply with all instructions contained within this synopsis/solicitation could results in the quote being ineligible for award. It is the quoter’s responsibility to ensure their quote meets all the requirements identified herein. The Government reserves the right to not award this contract to any quoter. The purpose of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is for the services of a recording engineer in providing all phases of production listed in Table 1 below and IAW the Attachment 1 – Statement of Work, on Peterson Space Force Base (SFB), CO.
