This action is a sole-source modification to an existing FFP task order under the FRMACC IDIQ to add roof replacement, lighting replacement, and interior finish repairs to ongoing HVAC work at Building 1142 (Project TDKA 10-1128). The modification was awarded to Olgoonik Enterprises, LLC in the amount of $1,355,810.00 and was executed on 09/25/2026. The government justified the change on efficiency and economy grounds, since the current contractor is already mobilized and can de-conflict overlapping roof, rooftop unit, ceiling, lighting, and HVAC work, avoiding duplicate costs, warranty conflicts, and repeated mission disruptions.
