SUBJECT: SOURCES SOUGHT – STK and ODTK Software Licenses by AGI Inc. The Peterson Space Force Base 21st Contracting Squadron is requesting information from potential Software Providers. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 513210 - Software Publishers, and the small business size standard is $47,000.000.00. This sources sought is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. Peterson Space Force Base, CO is requesting information for the software listed below in Table 1 for Market Research Purposes. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This announcement is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or to award a contract. At this time, PSFB is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Interested and qualified sources are requested to submit the following information to this office by electronic mail by: Wednesday, 24 April 2024 at 12:00 P.M. Mountain Time. When is the soonest these items can be delivered? Do you have a software that meets the minimum capability of the software? Company name, address, point of contact telephone number, e-mail address, CAGE/DUNS. Representation/Certification of small business socio economic status (if applicable). Can your company provide all off the licenses as indicated in the Table above and in the specified coverage period intervals? Does your company offer bulk quantity discounts? Does your company have an approved Third-Party Reseller form from the manufacturer? If suitable, would your company be open to quoting prices for option years covering the next 5 years? Do you have a pre-priced contract vehicle for these items already in place (e.g. ELA, JELA, DoD ESI, GSA 2GIT, NASA SEWP, etc.)? If so, please provide that information.
