The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, and labor necessary to perform annual compliance inspections, cleaning, repair, troubleshooting, maintenance, and testing of the Harsh Environment Uninterruptible Power Supply (HEU) Lighting Inverter at Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station (CMSFS), Colorado. All HEUs are to be reprogrammed to operate in normal mode during normal operation, and in emergency mode upon loss of power. The current configuration has all units in operation at all times.
