Based on current market rese... 21 Contracting Squadron intends to award a non-competitive, sole source to proposed contractor, Quintron Systems, LLC. with the Authority cited in FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1). Based on current market research, Quintron Systems, LLC has proprietary right to the software and exclusive rights to the installation, upgrade, and maintenance for the Stratus redundancy servers installed at Peterson Space Force Base. Quintron Systems, LLC is the authorized dealer for the region and located in Santa Maria, California. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. If no affirmative written response is received via email by 29 June 2024, at 1:00 PM MST, the contract will proceed and be issued without further notice.
