SUBJECT: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation PROJECT TITLE: USSPACECOM J3 Rm 1418 Evans Furniture – Peterson SFB SOLICITATION: FA251724Q0099 This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation was amended for the following reasons: a. Extend the date quotes are due from 27 Aug to 03 September @ 12:00 P.M. Mountain Time. b. All other terms and conditions remain current and remain the same. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) number FA251724Q0099 shall be used to reference any written proposal provided under this RFQ. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, effective 5/22/2024. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is solicited to as a 100% Small Business Set Aside for small businesses and posted to SAM.gov. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 337214 - Office Furniture (Except Wood) Manufacturing. The size standard is 1,100 employees. The quotes will be evaluated IAW FAR 52.212-2, found herein. Please read and comply with all requirements for submitting a quote under the solicitation instructions and the addenda to FAR 52.212-1. Failure to comply with all instructions contained within this synopsis/solicitation could result in the quote being ineligible for award. It is the quoter’s responsibility to ensure their quote meets all the requirements identified herein. The Government reserves the right to not award this contract to any quoter. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for the installation of Evans brand furniture in USSPACECOM/J3 Bldg 1 Rm 1418 on Peterson Space Force Base (SFB), CO.
