Mountain Time. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number FA251724Q0063 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, effective 5/22/2024. This is for Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is solicited to Full and Open Competition. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 335313 - Switchgear and Switchboard Apparatus. The size standard is 1,250 Employees. The quotes will be evaluated IAW FAR 52.212-2, found herein. Please read and comply with all requirements for submitting a quote under the solicitation instructions and the addenda to FAR 52.212-1. Failure to comply with all instructions contained within this synopsis/solicitation could results in the quote being ineligible for award. It is the quoter’s responsibility to ensure their quote meets all the requirements identified herein. The Government reserves the right to not award this contract to any quoter. The purpose of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is for the S&C Electric brand items, listed in Table 1 below, on Peterson Space Force Base (SFB), CO.
