The 21st Contracting Squadron (21 CONS) intends to solicit a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract via System for Award Management (SAM). The subject solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04, effective 2 June 2023. The subject solicitation is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334310 Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing. The size standard for the subject NAICS is 750 Employees, effective 17 March 2023. This requirement is for Portable Shielded Enclosures, full specifications can be found in Attachment 1. NOTICE TO OFFERORS (AMENDMENT 1) 10 JULY 2023 Product List (Amendment 1) has been amended to include more detailed specifications for the subject solicitation. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Amendment 1) has been amended to update question and quote due dates. No additional information was amended for this document. NOTICE TO OFFERORS (AMENDMENT 2) 13 JULY 2023 The purpose of this amendment is to inform all potential offerors that the subject solicitation has been extended until 14 July 2023 13:00 MDT. NOTICE TO OFFERORS (AMENDMENT 3) 20 JULY 2023 The purpose of this amendment is to inform all potential offerors that the subject solicitation has been extended to 25 July 2023 13:00 MT. All questions regarding this amendment are to be directed to Second Lieutenant Anthony Tutera at anthony.tutera.1@spaceforce.mil no later than 24 July 2023 13:00 MT. Amendment 3 includes an updated product list. Potential offerors are instructed to submit quotes IAW Attachment 1 Product List (Amendment 3). Quotes are to be submitted no later than 25 July 2023 13:00 MT to Second Lieutenant Tutera at anthony.tutera.1@spaceforce.mil. NOTICE TO OFFERORS (AMENDMENT 4) 28 JULY 2023 The purpose of this amendment is to notify all potential offerors the subject solicitation has been extended to 1 August 2023 13:00 MT. Questions regarding the subject solicitation are due no later than 31 July 2023 13:00 MT. Questions and offers are to be submitted to Second Lieutenant Anthony Tutera at anthony.tutera.1@spaceforce.mil no later than the dates specified IAW with Amendment 4.
