Added language on the RFQ to reqest for itemized quotes and to disclose if alternitive material is quoted due to lead times. Contractor needs to provide all labor, materials and work necessary to install New High Voltage Feeders Circuits, Dead-Breaks, and Lightning Arresters. Feeder Circuits will provide power from Colorado Springs Utilities Point of Common Coupling (PCC) to Cooper Oil Switch (S6-001).
