This solicitation is reserved for small businesses under a 100% small business set-aside. The Government intends to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) as a result of this solicitation. The BPA shall have up to a five (5) year period of performance (POP) with an established ceiling of $249,999.99.
