United States Space Command (USSPACECOM) has a requirement for a Wireless Intrusion Detection System (WIDS) devices to identify introduction of wireless devices (Wi-Fi,Bluetooth, Bluetooth Low Energy, and cellular wireless frequencies) in USSPACECOM Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs). Requesting a total of 17 devices to cover accessible locations of USSPACECOM SCIFs. No warranty or sustainment life cycle requirements. - Detect wireless frequencies in the following frequency range; 650 MHz to 3 GHz and 4.9 GHz to 5.9 GHz; Wi-Fi frequency detection range of 2401-2495 MHz & 5180-5825 MHz - 2G/3G/4G/5G non-mm Wave cell phone signal detection - Bluetooth and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) detection range of 2402-2480 MHz - Demodulation ranges for 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi channels: 1-11; Demodulation ranges for 5 GHz Wi-Fi channels: 36, 40, 44, 48, 52, 56, 60, 64, 10, 104, 08, 112, 116, 120, 124, 128, 132, 136, 140, 149, 153, 157, 161, 165 - Demodulation ranges for Bluetooth channels: 1-79; Demodulation ranges for BLE channels: 1-40 - Maximum Wi-Fi coverage of 250 feet with detection of BSSID, SSID, Device ID, WPA, WPA2, MAC, and Channel/Band # - Directional Antenna for targeting specific corridors and other areas of wireless interest - Ability for internal battery backup - Display of at least 480x272 backlit color TFC with resistive touch screen and ability to be mountable to wall or portable via use of a stanchion - Ability to provide 12”x12” color-coded visual alerts and audible voice alerts - Ability to whitelist authorized wireless devices All performance requirements can be acquired in the commercial market sector. There are no critical or long lead schedule items that would impact contract performance and delivery requirments.
