Department of Defense, Space Base Delta 1’s 21st Force Support Squadron Pikes Peak Lodge at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO is requesting a quote for laundry and dry cleaning services in accordance with (IAW) specifications identified in this Request for Quote (RFQ). These services will consist of, but not limited to, the servicing of comforters, sheets, towels and wash cloths. The services shall include, at a minimum, linen rental, dry cleaning, laundering, repairs, pick-up and delivery of articles described in Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS). Only a written quote will be accepted in response to this RFQ; no oral offer will be accepted. Please see Attachment's 1, 2, 3, and 4 for further supporting information. Attachment 5 (Q&A) and Attachment 6 (map) have been uploaded. Amendment 1 is to extend the due date by 3 days from 9 August to 12 August. Amendment 2 is to remove the Small Business set aside, update the clauses, and extend the due date to 12 September 2022. Amendment 3 is to incorporate the latest wage determination and extend the due date to 21 September 2022.
