Joint Task Force-North (JTF-N) has a requirement for an upgrade to the Commander's Conference Room (CCR) as part of a multimedia communications enhancement program. The scope of work is designed in response to the self-identified features, performance requirements, and spatial intention for a turn-key solution requirement for upgrade/installation of new Audio Visual (AV) and Video Teleconference (VTC) equipment including AV systems engineering, touch panel control, programming, equipment, parts, and labor. Specific requirements for the equipment can be found on Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement, Attachment 2 – Equipment List, and Attachment 3 – Sole Source Justification – Brand Name.
