The Contractor shall provide non-personal services including management, tools, materials, equipment, freight and labor necessary for maintenance and support NORAD and U.S. Northern Command (N&NC) VTC and VDS Tier Three (3) level support services at PSFB and CMSFS, Colorado. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing original equipment manufacturer authorized repair and replacement for all equipment covered within the scope of Attachment One (1), Performance Work Statement (PWS). Additionally, the Contractor shall possess a Gold Level Master Crestron Programmer certificate and a Top Secret security clearance IAW the PWS and Attachment Two (2), N2C2 VTC & VDS Equipment List.
