This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR; Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation FA251721R0012 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Real Property Support Services at Peterson Air Force Base, CO with (IAW) Attachment 1 – Performance Work Statement (PWS). 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 effective 10 March 2021. 4. This acquisition is being procured as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 531390- Other Activities Related to Real Estate and the size standard is $7.5M. A single award will be made as a result of evaluation of quotes received. 5. Contractor shall also submit sufficient documentation for the Government to determine technical acceptability. Quotes shall be submitted using the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure: CLIN 0001: Real Property Support Services (Months/Qty: 5) CLIN 1001 (OPTION): Real Property Support Services (Months/Qty: 12) CLIN 2001 (EXTENION): Real Property Support Services (Months/Qty: 6) 6. The following commercial service is requested in this solicitation: The 21st Civil Engineering Squadron (21 CES) at Peterson Air Force Base (PAFB) has a requirement for Real Property Support Services to be completed in accordance with (IAW) Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 4 March 2021. The Contractor shall provide non-personal administrative support for real property actions, to include but not limited to: inventory actions, validate real property documents, review DD Form 1354s for completeness, review real property instruments including in-grants and out-grants/assist with processing, ensure real property folders match Automated Civil Engineer System - Real Property (ACES-PR), rectify KSD discrepancies, review host tenant support agreements and incorporate new real property language into the agreements. Lastly, the contractor will provide Assistance Services (AS) to 21 Civil Engineer Squadron (21 CES) in the execution of this program. 7. The Period of Performance (PoP) for this requirement is approximately 1.5 years (5 month base year plus one (1) twelve (12) month option year (17 months)). 8. The total evaluated price includes the option periods IAW FAR 52.217-8 and 52.217-9. 9. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating do not apply. 10.
