This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Proposal (RFP), FA2517-21-R-0007 is for the Joint Personal Property Shipping Office North Central (JPPSO-NC) for the packing, containerization and drayage of personal property of the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) Graduate Cadets in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Addendum A). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04, effective March 10, 2021. A single award will be made as a result of evaluation of proposals received. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 488991 – Packing and Crating, Size Standard $30M. The PSC for this requirement is V003 – Transportation and Logistics Services- Packing/Crating Services. This requirement includes four option periods. The base ordering period will be 15 April 2021 – 31 December 2021. The individual task order period of performance will occur during/after graduation each year.
