The purpose of this notice is to provide information to Industry regarding changes to Solicitation # FA2517-21-R-0001. Amendment 0003 includes the following to be incorporated under the SF30. Amendment 0003 extends the due date for receipt of proposals for the subject solicitation from 5 January 2021 by 3:00 PM Mountain Time to 18 January 2021 by 3:00 PM Mountain Time. The purpose of this Amendment is to provide information to Industry regarding changes to Solicitation # FA2517-21-R-0001. This information includes the following to be incorporated under the SF30: The purpose of this Amendment is to incorporate: a. Updates to the solicitation PWS, revision 2 dated 17 Dec 2020 b. Provisions and contract clauses (Section I), c. Section L updates, d. Attachment 3, Staffing Matrix. Changes are indicated through tracked changes, highlights or change bars in the left margin. Revision dates are also included in Section J. No additional questions will be accepted. No other changes are made through this Amendment, and all other requirements of the RFP remain in place. UPDATED 8 December 2020 *NOTE: Amendment 0001 to this Solicitation is posted. The purpose of this Amendment is to provide information to Industry regarding changes to Solicitation # FA2517-21-R-0001. This information includes the following to be incorporated under the SF30: Questions and answers compiled after the release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) and related to the Pre-proposal Conference and Site Information Brief; Modified SF33 and modified Attachments 1 and 4; Section B is modified to change the CLIN structure for labor CLINs for all periods of performance to segregate labor values from other Firm-Fixed Price values; Section H is modified to change the calculation basis for the Disincentive, from labor CLINs values that included supplies, etc. to labor only. This change is reflected in Section B as described above; Section I is modified to incorporate clauses inadvertently omitted; Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement is revised to clarify items, with highlights marking revisions; and Attachment 4 – Typographical correction to CLIN 5004 description and revisions to the CLINs/SLINs as required by modifications to Section B. The United States Space Force (USSF) 21st Contracting Squadron at Peterson Air Force Base is issuing this Request for Proposals to provide information to parties having an interest in and the resources to support this non-personal services requirement for 24-hour-a-day, 7-day-a-week (24/7/365) radar O&M for the Space Fence. Any proprietary information submitted to the Government will be used to facilitate acquisition of this requirement and will not be disclosed outside the agency.
