This Sources Sought is to conduct market research to see if an Small Businesses can provide a 5 year lease for an Industrial Equipment Tug. The leased tug shall be rated for no less than 50,000 LBS in tow capacity and not exceeding more than 115 inches in length and 49 inches in width. The leased tug shall also have an outside turn radius of less than 85 inches and have a “pintle type” hitch mounted on both the front and rear of Tug. Tug must also be an all-electric drive. Government recommended tug is an EAGLE RTT-50 INDUSTRIAL TUGGER (BRAND NAME OR EQUAL). The Contractor will also provide a Five (5) year service contract covering all aspects of maintenance, to include but not limited to: corrective, preventive, risk-based and condition-based maintenance at a minimum.
