AMENDMENT 001 DATED 19 March 2021: The due date for proposals and/or revised proposals has been extened to 22 March 2021 at 1200AM PST. Ammendent 001 is incorporating a required completion date of 4 weeks after receipt of contract award. If your proposal does not meet the 4 week delivery timeframe (including lead time), the proposal shall be deemed technically unacceptable.
