This sources sought is to determine if there are Small Businesses capable of performing this requirement to Rebuild/Replace the base pool supply fan/humidifier on Peterson AFB, CO. Below are the specification for the requirement: ? Rebuild / replace supply fan assembly using OEM parts from top of unit. o New fan wheel o New fan shaft o New shaft bearings o New motor drive pulley o Align pulleys o New supply fan B64 belt set (6) o Set belt tension ? Replace supply fan discharge canvas connector. ? Remove and replace first three supply duct sections on top of unit with new ducts fittings; inside insulation; new turning vanes. ? Re-fasten duct insulation. ? Replace return fan canvas connector. ? Replace return fan BX62 belt set (6). ? Repair damaged wires on compressor circuit breakers ? Test and troubleshoot unit operations and identify any other necessary repairs to be quoted at additional charge.
