UPDATED CLOSING DATE IN ACCORDANCE WITH RFQ The Contractor shall provide a hotel venue within 12 miles of Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO 80914 for two phases and periods of performance. The first phase and period of performance will be for a test event, which will be held during three consecutive days between 1 September and 31 October 2021. The second phase and period of performance will be for the Global Sentinel Capstone event which will be held 6-21 January 2022. The venue must be available for both of these periods of performance. Rooms must be available at the government per diem rate for Phase 2. This solicitation does not include lodging rooms. Specific requirements for the venue can be found on Attachment 4 - Performance Work Statement, Attachment 1 - Global Sentinel Venue Requirements, and Attachment 2 – Global Sentinel Audio Visual Requirements.
