Contractor shall provide all management, tools, materials, parts, equipment and labor necessary to provide and install Furniture for Bldg 350 PSFB, CO in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and all attached floor plans and specifications. Contractor shall fill out Attachment 9 – CLIN 0001 Pricing Breakdown to be eligible for award. The government reserves the right to include options in this contract upon award. Options could be utilized on some, none, or all of the areas listed on Attachment 9. Contractor shall provide a Bill of Materials (BOM). Additional Work (T&M CLIN) to include any work determined in-scope not included in this contract in accordance with sections 2.1 and 2.2 of the SOW Contractor shall fill out Attachment 10 – Labor Category Pricing to be eligible for award. All line items will be individually evaluated for price, fair, and reasonable. Profit will not be allowable under this CLIN, but the contractor can provide a standard Material and Handling for evaluation. Contractor is also required to submit, separately, alternative pricing per desk for those offices that would like sit-stand desk substituted for the standard desks requested. This will be a set price per desk for the upgrade that can be utilized in any area listed in the contract.
