Contractor shall perform provide non-personal service to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts and labor necessary to maintain, repair, and inspect the real property vertical transportation equipment (VTE) at Peterson Space Force Base and Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation in accordance with the attached Amendment 02 PWS (Performance Work Statement) VTE Oct 2021-Final 1 Sep 21. PWS revision are in RED at Paragraphs 4.5 and 4.7., and on page 17. Peterson SFB, CO Item 16 Bldg. 350 Dover Item 21 Bldg. 845 U.S. Elevator Corp. These elevators require full system upgrade, because the current systems are obsolete and difficult to maintain. There is a project underway to replace and upgrade all obsolete systems and parts within the elevators in Bldg. 350 and 845. Please see the attached Description of Work for more information. Site visits have been concluded.
