The tug shall also have an outside turn radius of less than 85 inches and have a “pintle type” hitch mounted on Both the front and rear of Tug. Tug must also be an all-electric drive; RTT-50 Electric Industrial Tugger (BRAND NAME OR EQUAL); Please identify the specifics of your product; whether it is brand name or equal. All offerors shall submitquotes in accordance with (IAW): 1) Attachment 1- Request For Quote 2) Attachment 2- Contractor Submittal Form 3) Attachment 3- Brand Name or Equal This posting was initially posted on 4/28/21 (FA2517Q00UM) AS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Upon completion of the original posting date, it was determined that their was insignificant competition. We then resolicited the requirement under FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION (FA2517Q0032). Additionally, the parameters surrounding this solicitation have changed. Initially we required a 5 year lease of the requirement; instead of quotes we are looking to PURCHASE an Industrial Tugger. The Requirement is being solicited as BRAND NAME OR EQUAL.
