Seeking companies with the capability to furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation and labor necessary to perform inspections, repair, troubleshooting, upgrades, maintenance, back up, technical support, and training in support of System Hardware, Firmware, and Software of the Delta Controls Building Automation System in accordance with (IAW) this DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station (CMAFS), Colorado. Cheyenne Mountain is a standalone Operational Maintenance Controls System OMCS and all updates/upgrades will have to be done using 21st Civil Engineer Squadron (CES), Operating Location – Cheyenne Mountain PC’s on site. The type of Delta controls and other vendor specific controls that are installed and to be maintained are available upon request. This is not a request for quote.
