All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quote (RFQ), FA2517-20-Q-9002, is for three (3) expandable HELAMS shelters manufactured by AAR Mobility Systems for the 16th Space Control Squadron (16 SPCS) to be delivered to Peterson AFB, CO. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05. A single award will be made as a result of evaluation of quotes received. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS code for this requirement is 332311 – Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing. The size standard is 750 employees. See Attachments for detailed description.
