This is a non-personal service to provide secure shredding/destruction and recycling services for in support of the 21st Medical Group (21 MDG). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service personnel performing the services herein. Such contract service personnel shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Description of Services/Introduction: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation and other items necessary to perform secure document shredding/destruction and recycling services.
