This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation FA2517-19-Q-A036 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. This requirement is for 100% Small Business set-aside. The anticipated award will be a firm-fixed-price contract, the award will be made based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer received. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05, 13 August 2019. Provisions and clauses may be obtained via internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334310. The small business size standard for this code is 750 employees. CLIN 0001: Shield Enclosure Air Frame, 6' x 7' x 7' with SECURX blower, power and signal panel with (4) RJ45 Ethernet signals, plus 1008 lighting system, frame pump, travel cases (2) with a 1 year warranty. (Suggested Mfr: Intech Defense LLC; P/n: TFBS-060707-S-00-SYS) Brand Name Or Equal. QTY: 1 Each This solicitation is for a commercial item, to provide maximum security allowing secured classified computing to take place at any austere location. The Communication team requires a MilSpec SCIF system that can satisfy MIL-STD 188-125 requirements and be used in all locations to conduct classified computing. This shielded enclosure needs to weigh less than 30lbs to reduce the number of individuals needed to transport the tent, and be able to fit 1-2 people (with a 6ft table) inside when fully setup. The tent must be shielded allowing processing up to TS/SCI computing/voice/video when fully closed. At a minimum to meet these requirements the tent should be dual layered fabric with a system to run communications lines into the tent without disclosing/leaking any classified information. The tent must also have internal lighting, and a pump to inflate the enclosure. Lastly, the tent must also be able to be transported by government and commercial aircraft with a MilSpec travel case.
