SUBJECT: FA2517-19-Q-A027, 16SPCS Two-Satellite Geolocation Suite Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation. In accordance with (IAW) FAR 12.603, Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, the attached documents are submitted for this Request for Quote (RFQ) as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 16th Space Control Squadron (16 SPCS) requires a two-satellite geolocation apparatus for EMI resolution in UHF, C, X, Ku and Ka bands. The unit will be installed into a 14u mobile server rack and tested by the manufacturer before delivery to the 16th SPCS for integration and operations testing at Peterson AFB, CO. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Please review all attachments to this post carefully.
