The 21st Contracting Office is conducting market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado is seeking potential sources to provide a subscription to a financial intelligence database. The database shall be a full global database with 300 million companies and individuals across the world. Attachment 1 contains the Statement of Work. It has yet to be determined if this requirement will be solicited as full and open competition or a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed for the requirement is 519190, All Other Information Services. The size standard for this NAICS is $27.5M. The government requests interested parties submit a brief description of their company's business status (i.e., 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone, or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Women Owned Small Business, small business, etc.) The Government will use this information in determining its small business set-aside decision.
