The Contractor shall provide tools, supplies, equipment, and labor required for the supply and installation of one outfall meter in accordance with the PWS. Performance location is Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station, Colorado. Please submit an estimated schedule with your quote. The schedule shall include estimated lead times for parts and materials along with the time needed to complete the project at the site location. A site visit will be held at 9:30 A.M. MST 04 Sep 2019 at CMAFS. Parties will meet at the CMAFS visitor center. All parties must arrive NLT than 15 minutes prior at the main lobby of the visitor center. In order to gain access to CMAFS, an Entry Authorization Listing (EAL) document must be completed and returned to Erica Dixon at erica.dixon.7@us.af.mil AND TSgt James Pitcher at james.pitcher@us.af.mil NLT 11:30 A.M. MST 29 Aug 2019. In order to attend the site visit, potential offerors MUST submit a completed EAL. All questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted in writing to Erica Dixon at erica.dixon.7@us.af.mil AND TSgt James Pitcher at james.pitcher@us.af.mil NLT 10:00 A.M. MST 06 Sep 2019. Your quote with all required documents must be received NLT 1:00 P.M. MST 18 Sep 2019. Quotes received after that time may not be considered for award.
