Sources Sought USSPACECOM/J6 Requirement - Hard Disk Drive Duplicator THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The 21st Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado is seeking information for purchase of the specified item listed in the table below as well as pertinent information below: Description: Hard disk drive duplicators will be utilized to expedite the technical refresh process, restore mission capabilities of all other directorates and NDCI exposures throughout the command. Product Specifications: Must meet or exceed the following specifications: Duplication speed: >20GB/min or better to ensure fast and efficient turn-around times (20GB/min = ~25 mins to completion, 10GB/min = ~50 mins to completion ) Capacity: >15 Drives at a time or better Hardware Compatibility: M.2 capable. M.2 is the current and future standard in all USSC Laptops and PCs. Software Compatibility: Mac OS, Linux, and Windows. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to gauge whether there is a comparable item that is equal to or greater than the product listed above; OR, the interested party can provide the products listed above. The anticipated solicitation will be issued under North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 334112 - Computer Storage Device Manufacturing. The size standard is 1,250 employees. Please accompany your submission with answers to the questions below: Is your business categorized as a small business under the anticipated NAICS code of 334112, Computer Storage Device Manufacturing? What is your socio-economic status? What product do you provide that meets the minimum characteristics listed above? Are you an Authorized Reseller of the product? Are you a Distributor of the product that meets the minimum characteristics listed above you deem comparable? Are you capable and authorized to provide the required product and accessories of the product you deem comparable? Please provide details of how you can provide the product you deem comparable. What warranties are provided with the purchase of the products you can provide? Is the information provided in Table 1 – Product List sufficient to understanding the products required by the Government or would you require additional information to quote should this requirement be solicited?
