Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels the solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The Government has proposed several CLINs for potential vendors to provide quotes for. The Government will evaluate quotes submitted on each CLIN for technical acceptability. A resulting award will be done so on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis.
